Boxing day dinner with no left overs


On boxing day we had friends from Sydney. We knew them when we were working in Hong Kong. I did not have any left overs from Christmas as we had Christmas lunch/dinner at Justine’s place.
Fortunately I had bought ham the day before. There were will be 14 for dinner.
This is what I made:

Baked maple syrup ham served with the pear saffron chutney (I made  few days ago)
 

Rice salad                                                           Boiled home grown new potatoes
 

Green salad                                                      momofuku’s  Brick chicken
 
The above photos looked blurry—maybe I intended them to be so or did I have too much to drink? Must be a bit tipsy as I forgot to take a photo of the potato salad. 🙂
