Christmas at the cox”s and 4 J’s


This year we celebrated Christmas with 4 J’s and Stephen and family from Sydney. Justine made Christmas lunch–and we had the first ever Christmas pudding made by Stephen for dessert.

For starters:
We had delicious  savory tarts–with homemade tomato and saffron jam,
topped with feta cheese and shavings of sweet lemon rind.

Mains:
Potatoes, salads, roasted pork, ham

Roasted vegetables

Fresh salad and  kedgeree

Duck with pancakes, cucumber and hoisin sauce.

Then for dessert, a very moist Christmas pudding.
Stephen will be called upon to make Christmas pudding for next Christmas.


After lunch, some of us played  “sequence”, some cat napped.
It was so nice to see everyone at Christmas .
