Steamed fish with soya bean


What to do with fresh wild barramundi? I steamed it with soya beans. Fish was cleaned and slightly salted. I grounded a scant tablespoon of  soya bean and garlic into a paste. Mix  in wee bit of cornstarch and added a bruised lemon grass, 2 young  kaffir lime leaves and grated some kaffir lime zest. Mix and marinate the fish with paste. Steam the fish for 15 minutes or until cooked. A simple dish to make.
