French beans cooked in tomatoes

French beans cooked in a sauce made with either fresh tomatoes or canned tomatoes is delicious. You make a spaghetti sauce leaving out the mince meat. Reduce the sauce until it thickens then add the beans. Stir and cover and cook on low heat. Take care the beans do not burn. You can add water if it seems to be too thick. The beans would loose its colour but it does tastes good– hot, warm or cold.
