Chinese fried eggs

Comfort food for me is just fried eggs and rice.
I made that tonight as Kevin is a away on a business trip.
Heat oil in a hot wok until the surface seems to shimmer slightly.Crack the eggs into the hot oil and fry for 1 minute, basting the yolk continually with the hot oil for 1 minute.
Carefully slide a fish slice under the eggs, lift out of wok. Drizzle eggs with soya sauce and  garnish with whatever you have– spring onions ,  chillies, etc.  On this occasion I used mint and cucumber as garnishes.
