Lunch at the National Portrait Gallery

Last Sunday we went for a walk round Lake Burley Griffin. Little did we know that it was the RSPCA million paw walk. There were thousands of dogs and owners and what a beautiful day it was!

We ended our walk at the National Portrait Gallery.  We  shared a yummy fresh vegetarian sandwich and a salad of blue lentils, beetroot, goats cheese, baby spinach in balsamic vinegar. The salad was topped with cubes of pan fried semolina. It was surprisingly tasty. And of course the coffee at the cafe was excellent.

Pictures taken outside the Gallery.

We then viewed the current exhibition: Inner worlds portraits & psychology.
