Classic three vegetable and meat dinner

This is my version of classic 3 veg and meat dinner. We only had two vegies and the french beans were the first harvest of the year. I made the stew with sliverside beef and added spices like freshly grounded cumin, coriander seeds, a dried chilly and some bought sweet paprika powder. Added a grated onion and water and baked in slow oven for 2 hours. I made a large quantity and froze the extra for a rainy day.
A good warming meal for a cold day.
