Pelagic: bar and dinning restaurant

There was a write up about Pelagic and decided to check it out as we love fish. The waitress told us the restaurant opened its doors in November last year. We were the first dinners and there were a few people at the bar.
Note: The restaurant is worth a return visit. I would like to try their entrees.

We had some bread as starters and then had the mains.

Crispy skin snapper—petit pois.
They did not have snapper but did inform us that they replaced the snapper with red emperor fillets. It had a base of green peas and cabbage. The jus was made with sherry vinegar . It was crispy as described on the menu and I like the dish.

Oven roasted barramundi—caramelized garlic, potato, speck & red wine jus
I have an inkling the fish was not really oven roasted as it had such a beautiful crispy skin. Neverthess it tasted good.

Side dish of french beans with salted walnuts. We loved the side.
The beans were tender and the salted walnuts was a great match.
