Most people do not like bean curd. But I do and make different dishes with them This was made with a medium soft bean curd bought from a Korean super market. I heated a wok with a bit of oil, smashed garlic were added. Cubed beancurd were added and tossed lightly until slightly brown. Add fish sauce and light soya sauce.Cooked gently and until the bearncurd is heated through. The curd may leach water , if not add some hot water to heat through the beancurd. Thicken with a bit of cornflour slurry. Toss in lots of coirander leaves and very finely cubed fresh ginger to give the dish some texture. This is a good vegetarian dish minus the fish sauce.
