Chinese New Year dinner

We celebrated Chinese New Year’s Eve dinner at Zilver –a Chinese Restaurant in Sydney.  We chose a menu that did not have pigs tongue or ducks tongue. Once ordered the food kept coming. The servings were enormous.

Roast suckling pig

Corn and prawns egg soup

Lobster dish

Fried fresh pak choy

Steamed Barramundi

Fried rice

Followed by fruit, biscuits and red bean soup for dessert.
