Prawn salad for dinner


It was 35 degrees  today and I decide to make salad for dinner. The prawns were precooked in the morning . The  salad had a base of rice noodles. Toppings consisted of prawns, seaweed, pickled cucumber , finely sliced raw cabbage and sweet cherry tomatoes from the garden. This was served with a  dressing  made with sugar, fish sauce, smashed garlic and sesame oil.  A scattering of toasted sesame seeds and mint completed the salad
