smoked cod and rice–kedgeree


This is my version of the dish. It tastes different everytime I make it as I do not have a definite recipe and measurement of spices and ingredients.
This time round this  dish consisted of cooked flaked smoke cod, boiled rice, parsley, hard-boiled eggs,  curry powder, toasted ground cumin and fried onions. The dish was topped with finely sliced ginger and sliced chillies. It can be eaten hot or cold.
