Mussels and fish from Belconnen markets
We bought mussels, mullet, fresh sour dough and other goodies from the markets on Sunday.
Mullet is not my favourite fish. I dress the fish with sliced lemons and french tarragon into the fish stomach before cooking. This is to try to remove some of the muddy taste. The mullet, oiled and wrapped in aluminum foil was baked in the oven.
