Massaman beef curry with home grown potatoes


When I make curries I tend to make enough for two meals. I freeze one meal so I can have a curry when I need it. I do not make curry from store bought curry pastes or powders.  It is easy enough if you have a coffee grinder for dry ingredients and a blender for the wet ingredients.  This way you will find every curry you make will be slightly different.

This is served with rice and a salad made from home
grown cherry tomatoes, rocket, coriander leaves and store bought orange slices.
