Zucchini, Tomatoes, Scarlet Runner Beans


Pasta: maccheroni al ferretto
Cooked with home-grown zucchini, tomatoes and coriander.
Topped with shredded parmesan

Doubled fried scarlet beans with dried shrimps, chillies and garlic.
The purple beans turn green when cooked. I podded the older beans to get the little white beans.

Fried rice (left over rice)  with garlic chives, tomatoes, cucumber,
Eggs and prawns from the market.
