Blu Ginger Indian Restaurant


Stephen and Donna took us out to dinner at the Blue ginger.
We had some interesting dishes.

Entrees
Vegetarian samosas and chicken akbari .
Chicken akbari was chicken mince  stuffed with chopped coriander and freshly minced chillies

Mains:
Tender goat curry.

Chicken Jalfrezi
Boneless chicken pieces cooked with vegetables in a tany curry sauce

Baigan Patiala
Potatoes and eggplant cooked with selected herbs and spices in onion sauce

Dhansak lamb
Lamb cooked with lentils with coconut spices.

Accompanied with rice and hot naan.
I do love the naan…fresh out of the tandoor
